Project Overview

Sparq engaged with MyOasis to analyze modernization of the client’s applications. MyOasis applications are used by eye doctors to serve their patients’ dry eye care needs. Oasis Medical has a business-to-business-to-customer model where they make available technology solutions for eye doctors to establish a storefront, onboard customers, and execute upon purchase transactions. Oasis Medical fulfills product orders and delivers to customers.

Target Audience

Due to the nature of MyOasis Business Model (B2B2C), two target end-user groups were identified: Eye Doctors (Practioners) and Customers.

Problem Statement

Analyze current state of MyOasis applications to identify areas of opportunity for modernization of user interfaces across platforms in order to increase customer onboarding, adoption and return sale rates.

Measures of Success:

We recommended the following KPIs to be used in order to determined whether the recommended changes were a success or not: Customer Retention Rate, Churn Rate, Adoption Rates, Product Usage Frequency, Cart Abandonment Rate, New Customer Acquisition Rate, Repeat Purchase Rate
